Terms of Service

1. The service

Sell Gauge (“the Application”, “we”) provides profit analytics for Etsy shops fulfilled through Printful. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Sell Gauge on behalf of a business, you accept these Terms for that business.

2. Your connections and data

Sell Gauge processes two kinds of data on your behalf: files you upload yourself (the CSV exports Etsy provides to you as a seller), and data retrieved from accounts you connect — currently Printful, Google Analytics, and Anthropic — via their APIs, solely to provide analytics to you. We act as a service provider to you: your uploaded and retrieved data is processed only to deliver the features of the Application and is never sold, used for advertising, or used to market to your buyers. You may disconnect an account or delete your account at any time, which removes the stored access tokens.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Application, attempt to access other tenants’ data, reverse engineer the service, or use it in violation of Etsy’s or Printful’s terms. Your use of Etsy remains governed by Etsy’s Terms of Use, and your use of Printful by Printful’s terms.

4. Accuracy of analytics

Figures are derived from the Etsy exports you upload and from your Printful invoices. Some fee components — notably transaction and listing fees — are estimates based on Etsy’s published fee structure, because Etsy’s exports do not itemize them; these are labeled as estimates in the Application. Sell Gauge is an analytics aid, not accounting, tax, or financial advice; verify figures against your official statements before relying on them.

5. Application disclaimer (required by Etsy)

Disclaimer: this application is solely provided by Sell Gauge (the “application developer”). You acknowledge that Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates are not the application developer, do not provide the application service, and make no warranties of any kind with respect to the application or data accessed through it.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.; Sell Gauge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Etsy.

6. Availability and changes

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service entirely we will give you at least 30 days’ notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before a claim arose.
